3rd Annual UTOR Expo details:

When is it?

The 3rd Annual UTOR Expo will be held on July 28th from 9am to 3pm. Trail ride times start at 8AM for registered participants.

Who can come?

The UTOR Expo is an event for anyone who loves all things Toyota and off-roading in general! We are a family-friendly event catered to all and to bring communities and vendors together for a day of good fun.

What does registration entail?

The UTOR Expo is free to the general public, however registration is open to the first 60 drivers (registrants) that includes access to a private scenic trail run courtesy of Snow Basin, goodie bag filled with stickers, decals, misc vendor items, 10 raffle tickets (valued at $10.00), and a UTOR patch!

How much does it cost?

$45 for registration of the driver and vehicle. This includes everything mentioned above as well as entry into the car show competition
Passengers are free! Vehicle driver and passengers must wear seat-belts at all times. Please have vehicle in good working condition.

Some info on the scenic trail run?

During the expo, Snow Basin is giving the event access to private trails, perfect for enjoying the scenic mountainside and enjoying some casual off-roading with fellow Toyota owners. Trail map and details coming soon.

What does the raffle entail?

The raffle event is from 2pm to 3pm and will feature an array of items donated by our vendors and organizations! Raffle tickets are purchasable at the UTOR Expo booth at $1 per ticket. Registered trail ride participants receive 10 free raffle tickets.

Can I refund my registration later?

You may cancel your registration up until 30 days prior to the event on July 28th. After that time, refunds are at the staff's discretion.
